No refunds are issued after 30 days of payment. Refunds requested within the first 30 days of subscription are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription payment. This 30-day window begins on the date your payment is processed and confirmed. To request a refund, you must: - Submit a written refund request to support@meraschool.app - Include your school name, registered email address, and reason for cancellation - Submit the request within 30 days of the original payment date
2. No Refunds After 30 Days
After the 30-day refund window has passed, Mera School does not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: - Change of mind - Dissatisfaction with features - Migration to a competing product - Closure of the school - Reduction in student numbers - Technical issues that have been addressed by our support team We strongly recommend using the 7-day free trial before subscribing to ensure Mera School meets your requirements.
3. Plan Downgrades & Cancellations
If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect from the next billing cycle. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining days of the current billing period. If you cancel your subscription, your account remains active until the end of the current paid period. No refund is issued for unused days.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails and service is interrupted, you are entitled to a service credit for the downtime period, not a cash refund. Credits are applied to your next invoice.
